Payment / booking

The reservation is only final after receipt of an advance of 50% and a deposit of 500 € within 5 working days after our confirmation.

The deposit is mandatory as a guarantee. The advance and deposit are payable to bank account number IBAN: BE63 7383 1003 0008. Always add your name!

The remaining rent must be paid 4 weeks before arrival.

Deposit

The (remaining) deposit will be refunded by bank transfer, after checking and inventory of the accommodation, at the latest within 14 days after check-out date.

Guestlist

The definitive guest list must be sent at least 2 days before arrival.

Cancellation

> between 7 and 0 day (s): 100% payment of the rent
> between 21 and 8 days: 50% payment of the rent
> between 22 and 60 days: € 500
> after 60 days: 25 € administrative costs

By the owners. Please notify us of a different arrival time.
